For cakes, there is the option to add a licensed topper, provided the topper is available through an authorized seller.

Currently available only through pre-order, or at local pop-up or market events. Sweet Whimsy Shop is a LLC, operating as a licensed & inspected Cottage Food business (out of the home). There is no "brick-and-mortar" store for clients to visit. Free pick-up is available in Richmond Hill, Georgia (in the Buckhead East neighborhood). Delivery to Savannah area locations may be arranged, with a minimum order and delivery fee. No shipping available. Many thanks in advance!.
